Aaaaand I'm back! mostly. except for my eardrums which are, in fact, gone. *prods them, or rather the lack of them* The wedding was the most uber awesome cool thing I have EVER been to, especially after all the shit leading up to it. First the dresses weren't done until the day before the wedding. I stopped by to pick mine up and it wasn't up as high as it should've been. I would've had no problem but my mom was sort of freaking out. Then my mom and my sister decided that it really was just too tight and if I breathed I would break it. -.- *growls* It was just fine, but to keep from busting it on the seams we went to Walmart and bought a... corset thing. It's like a super tight pair of underwear or a swimsuit that ends just below the breasts, and it did bring me in half an inch or so, at the expense of my lung capacity. That sucked, it did, but it was an interesting experience to wear one. Then when we were there (at the bridal place) we saw the groom! and his brother and some of the groomsmen. Turns out that half of the tuxes were NOT done correctly or would not be finished... until tomorrow! which was THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. uuuuuuuuugh. How frustrating! I don't know what they did about it because we took our dresses and left. We went to the Mcdonalds on the way to Jessi's hometown and we met Jessi and the rest of the bridesmaids there. Turns out Jessi # 2 (bridesmaid, not bride) is into Scifi and writing, loves Firefly, has SEEN SERENITY and loved it (*dies of jealousy*), and participated in Nanowrimo for a few years, or something. So even though I didn't know her really well we seemed to get along. Andrea and Missy are just the most precious wonderful girls in the world. I would not have had any fun or understood anything had they not been there. After we ate we went to the Legion where the wedding was held and decorated it. It turned out beautiful, but it stressed out the bride a bit because some of her husband's sisters were being.... self-obsessed. Since it's her wedding, not theirs, it was a little annoying. After we decorated we went to the church for rehearsal. Went through the steps of the wedding-- whew, that was exhausting! Tried to wear my shoes the whole three times through and almost died. Those fuckers HURT. Then we went back to the legion for supper, finished up the plans, and went to the hotel. I got to go swimming when we got back and everyone was there (from the bridal party). Went to sleep, woke up the next morning durn early, felt a little sick. Was very sneezy. I feel like I sneezed all day. continued... |

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited) ***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel) ***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage) ***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit) ***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series) ***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly) ***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys) ***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting) ***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang) ***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!) | ![]() |
