Relay for Life twas awesome. tons of people. Luminaria session made me cry... thinkin' about Grandma, Alex, Shannon, teachers and teachers' moms that I know who've had cancer.... things like that... *sigh* I did somewhere between 50 and 150 laps.... I really don't know how many. I stopped counting at 50. I also managed to take notes while reading and walking--I used a tape recorder. AND I caught up on ALMOST all of my medieval studies reading. Hallelujah! Just have to do the Christine de Pizan stuff (first feminist, YAAAAAAY!) and write the rough draft of that big paper, and then write 4 mini papers.... and edit everyone else's papers. -.- then that will be done. THEN it is physics homework, math homework, notes and reading all around... and the giant psych paper... and the mini psych paper... and then two more mini papers for MS.... random errands... reading, studying..... blaaaaaaaah I love the Relay because in a sense it makes me feel powerful. I've never been strong enough to walk that much before. I mean, my legs ache and I have blisters and I've seriously pulled a muscle in my knee and I didn't sleep at all... but I'm powerful enough to do it, to walk, to make a difference... Our team won the dorm fundraising competition. We get a plaque up in the hall! WOOHOO! *lurches off to work on MS* |

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited) ***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel) ***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage) ***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit) ***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series) ***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly) ***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys) ***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting) ***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang) ***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!) | |
