And then I fell down.

Thursday. Bruised my arm, one rib (my fist was apparently up against this rib when I fell...), *badly* bruised my knee (it hurts still, a sharp pain that disturbs me and does not aid sleep) and bruised the side of my hand the same way (makes typing a bit hard and working, with the double mouse click star selection, even harder).

yay for being a klutz! normally my 1337-ninja skills save me; however, this time they failed (oh noes!)

And then I went windsurfing, or rather watched people windsurf whilst I swam in a surprisingly clean lake and burned my cheeks.

Did some more writing, too. I am at 16k and Siraya just finished a lovely massacre. I haven't written this much blood since I was angsty and depressed in 8th grade. Demon-cat hunter seems to require it, though. I am a bit disturbed at the similarities to Barbara Hambly that I've picked up, though. I started reading Walls of Air for July and suddenly, BAM! I'm descriptive about everything, and my characters wander in a cold dry tundra land that's disturbingly similar to her desert, and then there are these things called Wolf Riders, disturbingly similar to White Raiders (well, okay, the name is, but I tried to make the concept of them far different. They aren't a culture. They're like what Veralidaine Sarrasre became when she went stir crazy at the start of Tamora Pierce's Wild Magic).

I am also downloading the full season of FMA anime. I hope (and suspect) that it's as good as that of the manga that I've read (not the ending yet, shhh). Gorsh, this anime is hard to keep track of, yes it is. Ergo Proxy, Black Lagoon, Mushishi, Saiunkoku, Jyu Oh Sei are ongoing

Played Burnout 3 (an XBOX game) and it indeed was awesome. yay, a game with the (mostly) sole purpose of blowing up or crashing other cars. Joy!

Three weeks now until I get home and I am quite excited. As much fun as I am having, I miss my natural ground. It's hard to feel stationary when one does not have one's own sheets. This week I hope to go to the post office to get some boxes for mailing things home and check prices on to do so. That's in addition to the frantic working and the presentation and paper due in a week or so. URGH! STUFF TO DO!

Maybe if you didn't play Google's Sudoku all day long at work you would have more time to do stuff

... Shut up.

Stories I'm currently working on.

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited)

***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel)

***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage)

***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit)

***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series)

***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly)

***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys)

***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting)

***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang)

***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!)
