BaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh I got to work at 8:10 I got back from work at 9:15 those are am and pm, respectively. Holy gods, what a long day. Been trying to debug my stupid program and I can't figure out what the bleepedybleepbleep is wrong with it. Talked to Tom 7 or 8 times and by the last time he didn't have a clue either. Tonight has also been laundry night and "see if I can fit all my junk in three shoeboxes to mail home" night. And I cleaned my desk. I did not, however, get to the gym because it closes at 8pm *growls* One week from now and it'll all be over, whether or not I get the gods cursed program fixed. See, I can't fix the headers until I fix the program. And without the headers Tom can't put the images together. And without the images together I can't... what? finish my project, basically. So, yes, doom upon doom. I should start the paper, too. I promised a rough draft by Monday. Shellie and I had a couple of good talks today. Now that I am out of my recluse shell for a while I am beginning to appreciate having roommates again. And she is not as bad as I frequently say :D I just tend to complain about things on here so all ya'll hear are complaints. I think next semester's going to be buuuuusy.... hopeful fruitful but yes, very buuuusy. *contemplates* I did find out all my books for the cool lit course this fall: Denise Duhamel, Queen for a Day Pat Barker, Regeneration Jean Rhys, Wide Sargasso Sea Audre Lorde, Zami Jeanette Winterson, Oranges are Not the Only Fruit Shyam Selvadurai, Funny Boy plus a couple of essays that are available through erserve, whatever that is. I did find them all online and I am going to get my mom to order them for me whilst I am here, but I want to call 1/2 price books and see if they have any of them, and their prices there. hmm, I want to write the fun scene where Siraya kills a bunch of things. Oh well! |

Tis a Nano novel) ***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage) ***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit) ***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series) ***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly) ***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys) ***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting) ***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang) ***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!) | |

you can borrow my copy of oranges are not the only fruit. I've heard good things about regeneration and zami, and wide sargasso sea is really great. Enjoy!
