Curse you Jackie and your random friends who introduce me to the newest addicting internet joys.

The latest: Urban Dictionary courtesy of random person Ryan.

Wednesday night I cornered Katie and babbled about how no one looks at the sky any more and how tragic that was. Poor Katie, hope she gets over the trauma.

Watched Aliens last night for SciFi Club and then went home and read Beasts of No Nation, a book for class that involves child soldiers and rape, among other things. I have to admit, it wasn't so bad after watching Aliens.

School == teh suck. So much to get done, aaaaargh... and I need to read a book for September. I think I can finish the Book of Three tonight before I go to bed (even though I should be doing homework.

I am apparently addicted to ebay, but not too badly. I purchased some Hellsing manga (and got a bunch of weird ones along with the first 5 issues that I actually wanted)... and the six-string samurai CD, some software for work, and right now I've just won a lot of calculators--among them the ti-83+ I'm going to need (since mine went missing). Now I'll probably find my poor lost one (but then I could just sell this stuff back on ebay, eh? Yeah, probably. No big loss. Anyway, it's mostly stuff I need or have been looking for anyway. I'm not sitting around trying to make a profit. It's nice being able to buy things, though. Yay financial aid! Trying to save desperately for next semester, though; waiting for more scholarships to come through.

Registered to vote at my new address. it's a church (1st congressional? I think, maybe not), eep scary. I'll try not to stand around and shout my apparently libertarian views at everyone.

No more purchases after this. I have nothing that I desperately need. I'll just have to sit down and wait for a time when I do have money, like everyone else.

Oh yes, my hair is all short now. Joy!

Is it weird that I just watched Aliens like 2 days ago?? "Aye-firmative!"

yes, that would qualify as pretty frickin funny.

the little girl is so cute! I think it's funny that the Alien Queen decides to take the elevator up to follow Ripley. Can you just see her getting in, pushing the button, waiting in awkward silence whilst staring at the wall?

*laughs*

Stories I'm currently working on.

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited)

***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel)

***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage)

***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit)

***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series)

***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly)

***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys)

***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting)

***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang)

***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!)
