South Africa achieves, in 12 years, what we cannot do in 230. Active movement against discrimination, seeking a humanitarian cause, blending the needs of the individual and the society. *bows deeply* fsck moving to canada, let's go to S.Africa.

note to self: pretty cool classes include contemporary/historical feminist theory courses, and contemporary american society (that's the one that's all like, america's cool, here's what's wrong with it, here's ways to fix it)

Today I:

chatted with Louise (yay!) who isn't coming until late tomorrow (boooooo :( )
Rewrote my math lecture notes (yay!)
weaseled out of tutoring (yay!)
understood astrophysics (yay!)
declared my women's studies certificate (yay!)
uhhhhhhh... skipped work (booo :( )
procrastinated on the internet for ~1 hour (booo... oh wait, that's better than usual! yay!)
couldn't find my headphones (boo)
gave away my Neopets account (yaaaaaaaaaaaay!) or tried to, though it really wouldn't let me (booooo) but on the plus side I can never log in again! (yaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!)
edited my lit paper, all but some basic formatting, because I left the guidelines at home (yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!)
fixed a scanner (yaaay!)
regretted not having an MP3 player or at least a functional cd player (boooo!)
studied at memorial library for a large period of time (yaaaaaaaaay!)
organized my math notes but didn't actually study them (yaa--I mean, boooo)
realized I can't skip african discussion (boo!) because I need to turn in my exam for two more points (yaaaaay!)

I enjoy the reactions to the things on the list. :)

And I would rather be at SciFi Club! Evil midterms... At least they'll be done in...6 hours.

WOOT! Take women's studies 441, it's the best class evar (if it's taught by Nancy Kaiser, anyhow), but there may be prerequisites, but she might let you in anyway if you ask her. She's pretty rad. The theory is pretty tough going sometimes but it's so worth it, and you can make me chat about it with you because I love feminist theory.

*hug* home in a week and a half!! Will I see you at some point between then and Christmas??

Stories I'm currently working on.

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited)

***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel)

***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage)

***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit)

***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series)

***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly)

***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys)

***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting)

***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang)

***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!)
