This week has been hella busy. Which is, frankly, disgusting

Between now and Friday I have to do the following:

finish my EM homework (what kept me from sci fi club last week.... .rgggh!!! noooes)
finish and submit my last REU application (update: Done! YAY!)
get the last 4 letters from Peter and submit the Hilldale application (oi)
Think up questions for interviewing the dude at 3pm for the article (... shoots)
prepare anything I need for the senior honors thesis prep session at 5pm
prepare anything I need for the science journal meeting at 6pm
prepare to tutor at 10am
try to desperately catch up on WS reading so that I can do the big ass essay that's due Monday
get my Vagina Monologues tickets (update: Done! YAY!)
start preparing for the big math test on next wednesday
clean my room so that something birthday ish might be able to happen here.

Anyone interested in going out for my birthday? I don't mean to bars or anything, I just figured, maybe to see a movie or something... *shrugs*

In geeklike news (not to imitate Louise or anything), I tried out the BookMooch site that Jackie recommended and I absolutely LOVE it. Instead of taking my books to half price where they'd bring me less than a dollar each, I make equal trades--one book sent off = one point for me to spend on a book that I want, no charge. I already requested Mother of Winter and am looking for a few others.

I stopped by the Frugal Muse last week and picked up 'Stranger at the Wedding' and a giant poetry book. Mmm... poetry.

I still need to get a hold of The Golden Age to read for this month's book club.

OMF I love BookMooch except that nobody wants my books, lol. I'm eager to go home and get more to list there.

Stranger at the Wedding? The Barbara Hambly one? If so, it's awesome. :)

If not, who's it by?

Stories I'm currently working on.

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited)

***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel)

***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage)

***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit)

***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series)

***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly)

***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys)

***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting)

***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang)

***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!)
