So far, it's been a productive week. You know how much I enjoy that. Points of interest: I hung out with Louise and Patrick on Saturday night... we went shopping for various geeky things. I acquired Anansi Boys and Hogfather--two that I've been looking to add to my collection--in addition to two Inuyasha manga (it was on SALE! $5 for the both!) and the Chronicles of Riddick trilogy (squee). Then we watched Millenium Actress. which was rather enjoyable. I got rid of my printer! yay for AJ and Staci! On the 4th, my day off, I basically got up early and 50% of my room. Then I went to Stefanie's work and did a huge portion of my research (yay productivity!). Then we went to Mom's house and went swimming and ate supper, and planned. Stefanie and I are big on plans. I don't know why, but when I'm with her it's one of the most fun things I can do. We're going to plan again tonight. I got 5 pages of self-conversation written yesterday. This is one of the primary ways I go about creating and finishing my paper--I find knotty, thorny points and work at them from all angles until they make sense. I hope to do some more of that today. I played Louise's copy of Genji and decided I needed my own. Pretty much one of the most awesome games I've ever played. The plot also interests me more than FF10, though at least in that there were some stronger female characters. Fortunately, I can pretend Genji's a girl 'cause of his pretty face... UNfortunately, he sucks at speaking. Why the hell must he repeat, with a puzzled look on his face, the last thing everyone said to him?? No progress on Manga this week; I've sworn off webcomics and manga until next week Tuesday. |

***Tbook1 (Time and Chaos, needs a new name, needs to be edited) ***Book of Sun (Just needs to be edited. Tis a Nano novel) ***Book of Whispers part 1 (Does not jive at all with part 2; needs to be rewritten to fit and to have less suckage) ***Book of Whispers part 2 (Needs some rehaul editing, needs some loose ends tied up, needs to fit) ***Book of Whispers part 3 (Needs to be finished... then needs to die o.o Not sure if I need a third part in the series) ***Dium's Story (Needs a point, progress, anything... needs to be integrated into Tbook1, since that is what it is a part of, mainly) ***Trio Story with Jackie and Louise (Maybe we should get together and work on this, guys) ***Demon Story (This is working out pretty good so far. I like the plot, it's a bit convoluted, and the characters are interesting) ***New Witch Story (It's only 30 pages long, dang) ***Dragon's Voices (This has SO much potential! wee!) | |
